Its founding Director, Eugene Phillips, a Chartered Engineer, has extensive experience of all aspects of engineering services associated with commercial, industrial, educational and Government projects.

Established in 1996, the Company maintains a core staff of engineering professionals and possesses a wealth of practical experience and knowledge in the industrial, educational, healthcare and commercial engineering construction design consultancy sector.

The Engineers at PMC Partnership are of the highest calibre and have a strong understanding of engineering principles together with a thorough knowledge of construction and architectural detailing which is central to the successful integration and coordination of complex M&E services into the modern building envelope. We believe that our role is to work closely with all members of the design team in creating a holistic approach to the engineering services which should be discreet and carefully integrated into the building.
